GEO BATCH #3 & #4 updates
20 august - received 400+ pieces ORDER payment. batch closed to consilidate orders.
25 august - reviewed orders, and found mistakes in a number of orders. After careful confirmation by our several customers, we revised their mistakes, and submited their orders.
27 August - received 420+ pieces Order payment, joined the batches as one order,as requested from GEO to consilidate together.re-submited orders to GEO, waiting for invoice.
29 August - received confirmed invoice, reviewed it, and found mistakes in the invoice.
1 september - waiting for GEO response
3rd September - GEO edited invoice, and we received it. Successfully sent payment & signed invoice to GEO, awaiting confirmation of payment & invoice being received.
5th september - GEO confirmed PI & payment, has promised to send lenses early next week.
11th September - Emailed GEO for Estimated date of arrival. [shipped out]
*URGENT*
16th September - 15/09/2008 11:48 Held by Customs/Control Agency , we need to pay 7% of total amount to be allowed collection of parcel. All orders , please include an additional 7% surcharge before collection from us. Please understand that we did not expect this, and we sincerely apologise.
18th September - Lenses have arrived.
some orders have been missed due to GEO's mistake, and will be included in next shipment.
We apologise for the wait and we thank you for your kind understanding.
